Finding your EPC rating online is simple and free.
Just follow these steps:
Visit the official Gov.UK EPC register:
You can do so by clicking here.
Search by address: Enter your postcode into the box provided, and the tool will show you a list of properties matching your search.
Find your EPC: Scroll through the list, locate your property and click on it.
