To download a lodged EPC report, you can visit the national registers at https://www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, or https://www.scottishepcregister.org.uk/ for Scotland. You can enter the postcode of the property, run a search, and view the certificate. Alternatively, you can download a subset of assessment data used to generate a lodged EPC in England & Wales from the opendatacommunities.org website. You can conduct smaller searches of up to 5000 certificates at a time, based on various criteria. To download the data, go to https://epc.opendatacommunities.org/, create an account, log in, enter the postcode of the property, and click on the search button. You can then click on the 'Download all results' button and save the .zip file containing the certificates.csv file.

Go to epcregister.com and follow instructions to locate your EPC. On the certificate page, select “Print” under the “Share This Certificate” option on the left. In the new screen, click the small triangle next to “Destination” and choose “PDF.” Press the “Save” button at the bottom. Rename the file if desired and save it in your preferred location.
