Finding your EPC rating online is simple and free.
Just follow these steps:
Visit the official Gov.UK EPC register:
Search by address:
Find your EPC: Scroll through the list, locate your property and click on it.
You’ll then see the full EPC certificate, including the rating, certificate number, and recommendations for improving energy efficiency.

Check the data for your property
The Energy Performance Certificates dataset was updated on 30 Oct 2025 and includes certificates issued up to and including 30 Sep 2025.
On 20 September 2020 the register transitioned to www.gov.uk.
All data before that date was provided from the Landmark register.

Deze kunnen worden bekeken door het opgeven van de rapportreferentienummer (RRN) op het document.
Voor EPC's, als je deze referentienummer niet hebt, probeer het dan door de postcode in te voeren.
